Midwest Brows & Beauty Certifications
Microblading Certification
- What you’ll learn: The fundamentals of microblading and shading from our team of experts.
- What you need: Just you & your enthusiasm to learn! No licensing or previous experience is required.
- What to expect: 2 days of microblading skill development, a complimentary full kit, and ongoing support on your microblading journey (whether you’re doing it for yourself or looking to start a business).
Lip Blush Certification
- What you’ll learn: How to create beautifully enhanced, fuller-looking lips using permanent makeup techniques.
- What you need: Just you & your enthusiasm to learn! No license is required.
- What to expect: 1 day of lip blush skill development, assistance and guidance from your instructor, and a live model to work with.
Machine/Powder Brows Certification
- What you’ll learn: A soft, airy technique that creates more filled/defined brows. This service and certification are suited to those seeking bolder-looking brows.
- What you need: We recommend taking our microblading beginners course and working with at least 10 clients before completing this certification. No license is required.
- What to expect: 1 day of developing your skills using a permanent makeup/tattoo machine & experience working on real models with the assistance of your instructor.
Classic Lash Extension Certification
- What you’ll learn: How to create fuller, longer, and more luscious-looking lashes, so your clients can wave goodbye to their mascara wand for good.
- What you need: Just you & your enthusiasm to learn! Full kit is provided.
- What to expect: 2 days of one-on-one lash training where you’ll learn how to apply, care for, and educate your clients on lash extensions.
Lash Lift Certification
- What you’ll learn: Everything you need to know to create defined, curled, and tinted lashes.
- What you need: Just you & your enthusiasm to learn! A Full kit is provided.
- What to expect: 1 day of developing your lash skills and implementing these on a model
Do I need to be an esthetician to do a Midwest Brows & Beauty certification?
There is zero licensing needed for any permanent makeup classes. There are more regulations for lashes, anyone can take lash extension courses but if unlicensed, must take a 45 hour state approved lash course (we don’t offer that but coming in the future). Licensed estheticians can take our 2 day course and practice. No licensing required for permanent makeup at all.
